Refund and Cancellation Policy

Your learning is 100% Risk-Free! If you enroll in any of our programs but are either unable to attend or don’t find it useful for your business, you will get a full refund of your investment—when you indicate within the stipulated time frame.

1. General Refund Policy

1.1 Full Refund: We offer a full refund for certain programs if you are not satisfied or unable to attend, provided that you inform us within the specified time frames as detailed below.

1.2 Refund Process: To request a refund, you must visit our Customer Service Manager within the specified period. At your option, we can either apply your tuition to any other Get Overbooked event or send you a full refund to your bank account.



2. Program-Specific Refund Policies


2.1 Ultimate Sales Engine Program:
Refund Period: Customers seeking a refund must visit our Customer Service Manager on Day 15 since the beginning of the program.

Refund Eligibility: Refund requests made within this period will be initiated for a full refund within the next 7 - 10 business days.

2.2 Get Overbooked Program:
Refund Period: Customers seeking a refund must visit our Customer Service Manager on Day 15 since the beginning of the program.

Refund Eligibility: Refund requests made within this period will be processed for a full refund within the next 7 days.

3. No Refund Programs

The following programs do not offer refunds or payment adjustments:

3.1 Small Group Mentoring: No provision for refunds or adjustment to any other program in the future.

3.2 Accountability Program: No provision for refunds or payment adjustments.

3.3 GO Retreat: No provision for refunds or payment adjustments.



4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 Cancellation Requests: Cancellation requests for the Ultimate Sales Engine Program and the Get Overbooked Program must be made at least 15 days before the start of the program. Please note that offline events are excluded from this policy.

4.2 Cancellation Process: To initiate a cancellation, please contact our Customer Service Manager at payal@overbookedacademy.com with your cancellation request and the reason for it. Refund requests that meet the cancellation timeline will be processed, and a full refund will be issued within 7 to 10 business days.

4.3 Non-cancellable Programs: The Small Group Mentoring, USE Live, GO Live, Accountability Program, and GO Retreat do not permit cancellations or payment adjustments under any circumstances.



5. Changes to Programs

5.1 Program Modification: Get Overbooked reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel any program. If we cancel a program, you will be offered a full refund within 7 days of cancellation announcements or the option to transfer your tuition to another program.

Your continued use of the Website and enrollment in programs or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
